A five-second clip in the Studio
Describe a scene in the Studio and get a five-second video in about two minutes. What to write so that the clip shows what you imagined, and what the model does not always follow. No code.

What you need
Your ITS INCOM AI account. No code.
1. Describe the scene
Open the Studio on the Video tab. In What the video should show, write:
A red hot-air balloon rises slowly above green hills and a small lake, at sunrise, warm golden light, light mist over the water, wide shot from the ground, static camera
Leave Format on Landscape (1280×704) and Model on Fast, and click Make the video.
For a moment the button says Checking the request…: a model reads your description first, to check it against the content rules. Then the Studio says Your video is being made: it appears below as soon as it is ready.
2. Wait about two minutes
Under Your videos your clip is queued, then being made, with a bar that grows. A clip takes about two minutes. The page updates by itself: you do not need to reload it.
When it is ready, a player appears in its place, and Download saves the MP4.
Clips are made one at a time. If your classmates are making clips too, yours waits its turn: about two more minutes for every clip in front of it.
What came out
When we tried this description, we got a red balloon over green hills, a lake with mist on the water, and warm golden light. The subject, the setting and the light were all there.
The camera was not. We asked for a static shot from the ground, and got a view from the air that drifts slowly towards the balloon. The model follows what is in the scene much better than how it moves and how it is filmed. Write the action and the camera anyway, but treat them as a wish, not an order.
3. What to write
Five things, in one or two sentences:
| What to say | For example | |
|---|---|---|
| Subject | who or what is in the clip | a red hot-air balloon |
| Action | one thing that happens | rises slowly |
| Setting | where and when | above green hills and a small lake, at sunrise |
| Light | where it comes from, and its colour | warm golden light, light mist over the water |
| Camera | how close, and from where | wide shot, close-up, seen from above |
- One action per clip. Five seconds hold one thing happening. For a story, make one clip per moment and put them together: that is a storyboard, in the exercise below.
- Short is fine, vague is not. “A balloon” gives you a balloon, but the model chooses everything you left out: the colour, the place, the light, the time of day.
- Italian works too: write in the language you think in.
Good to know
- One video at a time. While a clip is being made, Make the video answers You already have a video being made: wait for it to finish, then ask for the next one.
- Videos stay 7 days. After that the Studio shows The file has expired. in place of the video, so download the ones you want to keep. Delete removes a video before then.
- Download the ones you like: Your videos shows your twelve most recent videos.
- A clip can fail on the machine. Then the Studio says The video did not come out. It costs nothing. It happened to us once, on a clip asked a minute after the previous one was done: try again a minute later.
- No sound. For a voice, use the Voice tab, as in Give a voice to your characters, and put the clip and the MP3 together in any video editor.
- A clip costs 0.10 credits (0.02 a second), and only if it comes out: a clip that fails or is blocked costs nothing.
- What is not made: real people, nudity, blood, hate, famous characters and brands. Fantasy and game scenes are fine: dragons, robots, space battles, characters you invent. A refused description gets The request goes against the content rules., with the reason. The finished clip is checked too: if it fails the check, the Studio says it was not delivered, and it costs nothing.
- The MP4 says it was made by AI, in its metadata, and the Studio says so under every video. When you publish it, say so in words too.
Exercise
Each try takes two minutes, so change one thing at a time and compare:
- Write only “a balloon”, then the full description above. What did the model choose for you?
- When a clip is ready, click Make the video again with the same words. Is the new clip the same as the first, or a different one?
- Keep the scene and change only the light: at noon, at night under the stars, in a storm.
- Change only the camera: close-up, seen from above, from the ground. Which ones does the model follow?
- Choose Portrait (704×1280) and make a clip for a phone screen.
- Three clips in a row that tell a story, from code: A video clip from Python.
