Your first conversation

Open the chat, pick a model, write a clear request and check the answer.

What you need

Your ITS INCOM AI account: your school email and your password.

Go to chat.ai.itsincom.org and sign in with your email and password.

At the top you find the list of models:

Gemma 4 26B — fast, the choice for everyday questions;
Apertus 70B — the Swiss model: slower, very good with long texts in Italian, German, French and English.

A good request says who you are, what you need and in which form you want the answer. Try:

I am a student of a computer science course. Explain in simple words what an IP address is, with a practical example, in ten lines at most.

Then carry on the conversation:

Now ask me three questions, one at a time, to check that I understood.

You can write in English or in Italian: the models understand both. Writing in English is good practice.

Models can be wrong even when they sound sure. Always check numbers, dates, names and code before you use them.

Every message uses credits: you see your balance in your personal area, at my.ai.itsincom.org.
Do not write personal data of other people.
Your conversations are yours: you find them on the left and you can delete them whenever you want.
